1. SHE Officer

The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the company's employee’s safety at work. Their main duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.

Key Performance Areas
• Creating and reviewing safety plans.
• Providing ongoing training for all employees.
• Documenting work observations.
• Analyzing safety data.
• Managing incidents and associated reporting.
• Maintaining company and government compliance.
• Preventing workplace health and safety hazards.
• Creating sustainable practices for better environmental impact.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Environmental Science or related.
2. At least three (3) years’ experience as SHE worker in a relevant industry.
3. Knowledge in SHE Management Systems
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

2. Site Manager - Housekeeping Services

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring that the Clients premises are provided with the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with agreed performance standards.

Key Performance Areas
Cleaning and Housekeeping effectiveness.
• Company and Client policies and statutory regulations compliance.
• Health and Safety standards adherence.
• Subordinate effectiveness.
• Information & Records Management Effectiveness.
Cleaning Material, Equipment & Stock Management.
• Training Effectiveness.
• Supervisory and Reporting effectiveness.
• Fiscal savviness through ensuring materials, equipment & consumables are used in a cost effective way.

Qualifications and Experience
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Housekeeping/Hospitality Services/Tourism Management or relevant.
2. At least three (3) years post qualification experience, of which one (1) year should have been at a supervisory level.
3. Experience in a Hospital housekeeping environment will be an added advantage.

3. Area Supervisors - Housekeeping Services

Key Performance Area
The candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all areas under the project scope are properly cleaned to the agreed upon performance standards and doing other administrative tasks involved in running the cleaning operations.

1. Certificate/Diploma in Housekeeping/Tourism &Hospitality Management, Health Care Management or equivalent.
2. At least two (2) years working experience or better in the cleaning services industry.
3. Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.

4. Cleaners

Will be responsible for cleaning all assigned areas as per the agreed upon performance standards.

Qualifications and Experience
1. At least two (2) years cleaning work experience.
2. Candidates must possess cleaning chemicals knowledge and should be self-driven.
3. A minimum of JCE is required.
