1. TELESALES

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers
  • Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
  • Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers' purchases
  • Carrying out market research on how to address customers
  • Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions

REQUIREMENTS

2. MARKETOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Marketing qualification
  • Knowledge and experience in pharmaceuticals will be an added advantage

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management

3. PICKER/PACKER        

RESPONSIBILITIES       

  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
  • Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
  • Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Picking orders as requested by management.
  • Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm.
  • Placing containers on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping.
  • Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, pallet jacks
  • Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
  • Proficient with using tools required for this position.

4. DRIVERS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
  • Accepting payments for delivered items.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid class B driver's license
  • Clean driving record.
  • Experience may be required or preferred.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail.

5. CLEANER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special project
  • Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
  • Make adjustments and perform minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as a cleaner
  • Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Good knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
  • Integrity and good interpersonal skill

6. RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

7. VETERINARY TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers

  • Carrying out market research on how to address customers
  • Selling veterinary drugs to customers
  • Have a whole lot of knowledge on veterinary drugs so as to better advice farmers
  • Preparations of reports on a monthly basis
  • Maximize sales volumes and revenue
  • Inventory control and stock take

  • Diploma in animal health/ Bsc Animal health
  • Integrity and good interpersonal skill

 8. FRONT SHOP SUPERVISOR IN A PHARMACY                                                                        

  • Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
  • Responsible for supervising the overall Front Store’s performance.
  • He/she is responsible for ensuring that the best services are being delivered to the customers by maintaining a professional work environment.
  • He/she handles all the transactions and the relevant correspondence like check approvals, refunds, gifts, discounts, etc., that require his/her supervision.
  • He/she trains and supervises all the staff members and ensures that they comply with the given rules and regulations.
  • The supervisor typically maintains work records and plans weekly work schedules.
  • Supervisor must have excellent communication skills to direct staff, A front implement store policies and serve customers. Superior teamwork and management skills are also a must.
  • He/she is responsible for overseeing the cashiers and should have previous cash handling experience.
  • Supervisor should have excellent supervisory and leadership qualities.
  • He/she should be able to articulate information in a way that can be easily grasped and understood by other staff members.

9. PHARMACY SUPERVISOR

  • Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of staff
  • Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Supervise staff and give direction for the clinical program activities
  • Maintain departmental day – to day pharmacy activities, monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules
  • Makes sure drugs prescribed are dispensed accurately
  • Advice on over the counter medications or health programs
  • Monitor doses, ensure patients are aware of how often the drug should be taken and warn them of possible side effects
  • Must be excellent communicator as they interact with everyone from patients to members of their staff to physicians and drugstone managers
  • They have to be highly organized and know the ins and outs of various illnesses and the types of medication needed to ease resulting discomfort
  • Works closely with the pharmacy and procurement staff both to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy as well as the management of the pharmacy inventory.
