(FIVE YEAR CONTRACT) – SERVICE CENTRES

Position Purpose
To plan, design, build, install, and maintain electromechanical systems, as well as supervising, testing, and commissioning of projects in the Service Centre and to apply specialist electromechanical engineering expertise to ensure the efficient operations of the electromechanical systems.

To ensure plant and electromechanical equipment is maintained as per policy, procedures, and standards by implementing maintenance guidelines and administering their implementation as outlined by Head Office Centres of Excellence.

To also ensure downtime of the plant is reduced by efficient planning and the implementation of Maintenance Practices of all plant equipment and efficient resolution of equipment defects.

· Sustainable cost of maintenance (as a function of asset value, production output and sales)
· Low maintenance related operational downtime

Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or C&I Engineering
· Registered with Engineering Registration Board (ERB) with a valid practicing certificate
· Five (5) years in Electrical or Mechanical or Control & Instrumentation Engineering activities in a utilities industry
· Three (3) years supervisory experience
· Valid driver’s license (Class B)

Remuneration
Salary : An attractive Salary Package Commensurate to the market
Leave : 30 working days per annum
Gratuity : 25% gratuity payment at the end of contract
