Motor Vehicle Accident Fund invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
Initiates the claims assessment process by receiving applications for claims from members of the public and ensures that all documentation and supporting evidence is attached in order to ensure quick processing of claims.
· Degree in Social Science, Health or Business related with a customer service background.
· 0-2 years relevant experience in a customer services role.
